Where we are, and why there is no shop to visit

Calm Clean Companion is an online-only retail business operating from Irwin, Pennsylvania, United States. We do not run a storefront, a warehouse or a counter, so there is nowhere to visit and nowhere to drop off a return in person. Everything is handled by email, which is why we commit to answering quickly.

Our products ship from fulfilment partners rather than a building we own. That is the honest reason orders take 7 to 15 business days rather than two, and we would rather say so here than surprise you after you have paid.

Writing to us about an order

It saves a round trip if you include:

Your order number (it starts with # and is in your confirmation email)
The email address you ordered with, if it is different from the one you are writing from
For anything damaged, faulty or wrong: a clear photo of the item and the packaging it arrived in. We cannot refund or replace without one — the photo is what lets us raise the claim with our supplier. If your parcel never arrived at all, no photo is needed.
