Where we ship

We ship within the United States only.

What shipping costs

Standard shipping is $5.99. Orders over $35 ship free. Some items ship free at any order value - if that applies to your cart, you will see it at checkout before you pay.

How long it takes

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Most orders arrive within 7-15 business days from the day you place them.

Our products come from fulfilment partners rather than a warehouse we run ourselves, and some ship from overseas. That is why delivery takes longer here than at a big domestic retailer. We would rather tell you that before you pay than surprise you afterwards.

Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, customs and carrier backlogs can add time.

Tracking

You will get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking once your parcel ships. Tracking can take a few days to start showing scans. That is normal and does not mean anything is lost.

Orders with more than one item

Items may ship separately and arrive on different days, each with its own tracking number. You are never charged extra for this.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we will reship it once you cover the return postage.

If something goes wrong

If your order has not arrived within 30 days, email us and we will replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer. If it arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right. You will not need to ship anything back.
