Where we ship

We ship within the United States only. We are not able to deliver outside the US, and checkout will not accept a non-US address.

What shipping costs

Standard shipping is $5.99 on every order. Orders over $90 ship free.

How long it takes

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Most orders arrive within 7-15 business days from the day you place them.

Our products come from fulfilment partners rather than a warehouse we run ourselves, and some ship from overseas. That is why delivery takes longer here than at a big domestic retailer. We would rather tell you that before you pay than surprise you afterwards.

Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, customs and carrier backlogs can add time.

Tracking

You will get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking once your parcel ships. Tracking can take a few days to start showing scans. That is normal and does not mean anything is lost.

Orders with more than one item

Items may ship separately and arrive on different days, each with its own tracking number. You are never charged extra for this.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address was wrong or incomplete, email us and we will work out a reshipment with you.

If your parcel arrives damaged, faulty or wrong

Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the item and the packaging it arrived in.

A photo is required. Without one we are not able to issue a refund or send a replacement. The photo is what lets us raise the claim with our supplier, and it is the only way we can see what actually arrived. No photo, no refund or replacement.

You do not need to keep the box sealed, and you do not need to ship anything back to us.

If your order never arrives

No photo is needed for this one, for obvious reasons. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the day you placed it, email us with your order number and we will replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer.
