I'm Nick. I started this store because of two dogs and a hallway floor.
Every product here got picked for one reason: I wanted it in my own house first. The paw cleaner exists because I got tired of mud down the hall after every rainy walk. The calming bed exists because one of my boys doesn't settle unless his back is against something. If we wouldn't use it at home, it doesn't go on the shelf.
We're small — small enough that when you email us, you're emailing me.
How this store actually works
Calm Clean Companion is an online-only retail business operating from Irwin, Pennsylvania, United States. There is no shop to walk into and no warehouse with our name on it. We select the products, we handle every order and every question, and our fulfilment partners ship the goods directly to you.
I'd rather tell you that plainly than dress it up. It's the reason delivery takes 7 to 15 business days instead of two, and the reason we don't ask you to post anything back to us when something goes wrong — we'd just be sending you to the wrong address.
What we promise, in plain terms
- We ship within the United States only. Every order comes with tracking.
- Delivery takes 7 to 15 business days from the day you order. That's an estimate, not a guarantee, and we say so on the shipping policy too.
- If it arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, we fix it. Send a photo within 14 days and you get a refund or a replacement, whichever you'd rather have. You keep the item. See the refund policy for the detail.
- If your parcel never turns up at all, tell us after 30 days and we'll refund or replace it. No photo needed for that one, for obvious reasons.
- We answer every email within one business day. Not a slogan — it's just me and the inbox.
