How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days and arrive within 5-10 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the US, reach out and we'll let you know what's possible.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
Because most of our products ship directly from our fulfillment partners, we're not able to accept general returns for change-of-mind purchases (wrong size, no longer wanted, ordered by mistake, etc.). If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll issue a full refund or replacement — no need to ship anything back. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
My item arrived damaged or wrong — what do I do?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item still in its original, unopened packaging, and we'll make it right. Because we can't verify a claim once an item has been opened or used, we can only guarantee a refund or replacement for items reported unopened and in their original packaging.

Will the Anxiety Relief Vest fit my dog?
Check the size chart on each product page before ordering — a snug (not tight) fit works best for the calming pressure to be effective.
Are your calming chews safe for daily use?
Yes, our Calming Wellness Chews are formulated for regular use. As with any supplement, check with your vet first if your dog has existing health conditions.
Can I use the Muddy Paw Cleaner Cup on cats too?
Yes — it's sized to work for cat paws as well as small, medium, and large dog paws.
